How to Order and Make a Payment

How to place an order

Browse the shop pages of the website and select the item(s) you wish to buy. Select the style of the item and quantity on the dropdown menu and then click on the Add to Cart button. The rest should be easy, just follow the on screen instructions to complete your purchase. Any problems please get in touch. Upon completion of your purchase from desigNE jewellery, I will send you an email confirming I have received the details of your order. In the event of an error, do not place a second order without first contacting me at Your order represents an offer to me to purchase a product, which is accepted by me. When I despatch that product to you it is confirmed by an email I send to you confirming that it has been despatched.

Postage is included within the UK. For orders outside the UK there is a £6 charge. To pay for this charge please click on the Postage Outside the UK Category, in the Shop Section, just below Pendants and Chokers, on the right of the page, and pay for this after you have made your purchase.

Please ensure that you provide a full and correct postal address, including postcode, for delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete address details. Your parcel will require a signature when it is delivered.

How payments are made

Payments are made via PayPal, and it is not necessary to have a PayPal account if you wish to make a purchase using PayPal. However, if you do not have a PayPal account and you wish to sign up to  PayPal before it is very easy to join ( and it does not cost you anything. It is a secure method of payment that allows you to pay via credit card or bank transfer (similar to using a debit card).  Payments can also be made using a credit or debit card.  You do not need to worry about Data Protection. The PayPal system does not allow me to see any of your payment/credit card details.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please email me telling me what you would like to purchase. Items will not be posted out until the cheque has been received and payment has cleared - usually between 7 and 9 days. 

You may rest assured your email address and personal data will not be passed on to anyone else.
