Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

desigNE jewellery fully complies with The Distance Selling Regulations, which gives consurmers buying-on-line the right to examine and test items at home as they would in a shop.

You may cancel the order for any reason from the moment you place your order until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods.  Goods that cannot be returned are earrings and tailor made goods.  Should you wish to cancel or discuss anything please email us, write to us or telephone us on 01706 657418.  If you require a refund you will be refunded within 30 days maximum of giving the cancellation notice and receipt of the returned goods.

After you have placed an order we want you to be delighted with your purchase. 

So , if you're not happy with anything you've bought, simply let usknow in writing (email is fine) within 14 working days of receiving the item. To arrange a return or exchange of an item please email usor write  to us,  quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement and after having received a returns confirmation, send the item back to us.  You will be given a complete refund or exchange the item.   Made to order or bespoke items or anything where you specify, for example, a colour, shape or size that is specifically tailored to your requirements cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty.  

If your goods are faulty you will be refunded the postage costs (1st class recorded delivery). You have the right to reject your item if it is faulty and you will be refunded within 4 weeks maximum from date of purchase.  As with returning items to a shop, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied and are not faulty.  You  must take reasonable care of any products in your possession. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. If you do wish to return an item, it is important to ensure safe delivery so please email us in advance and ensure the item is sent via a trackable method of posting  e.g. Recorded Delivery, correctly addressed. We recommend that any item returned is sent via an insured and signed for service. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly addressed returns. Upon receipt of goods you will then be issued with a refund within 30 days maximum. 

In the unlikely event that the item of jewellery develops a fault, we will be able to repair it, free of charge within 6 months of the date of purchase and we will pay for the return postage (1st class recorded delivery). Should you accidentally break a component after 6 months, it  is very likely to be repairable and you will only be charged for the component and postage.
